Organized by the Department of Bioscience & Biotechnology, IIT Kharagpur in association with the Param Hansa Centre for Computational Oncology, IISc Bangalore. A three‑day meeting uniting researchers, clinicians and students around models, data and therapies shaping the future of cancer research.
The workshop brings together academic researchers, clinicians, and students working in theoretical and experimental cancer biology and therapeutics. Sessions will introduce diverse aspects of cancer biology — dynamical models, AI/ML approaches, longitudinal experimental data, and high‑throughput data — that can deepen our understanding of cancer progression and point to novel therapeutic advances.
This workshop is open to UG / PG students, junior scientists, doctoral and postdoctoral researchers, faculty, clinicians, and industry professionals.
Modeling tumor growth, evolution and treatment response.
Bridging wet‑lab and computational insights.
Cell-cell interactions, spatial heterogeneity and immunity.
Single‑cell, clonal dynamics and resistance mechanisms.
Novel therapeutic strategies and experimental approaches in cancer research.
